Over the years we've made significant contributions to the Open Source community via projects like CruiseControl, Selenium, NUnit and JMock, and ThoughtWorks is home for some of the world's leading Ruby developers. We are at the forefront of the Agile, DevOps and Cloud Computing space, and wrote the book on Continuous Delivery. We also quite like Python!
From a humanist perspective, ThoughtWorks is committed to using the power of software and technology to improve our world. Our Social Impact Program is led by a highly motivated set of experts who combine a passion for social change with real-life experience in technology design, delivery, deployment and infrastructure in the developing world.
ThoughtWorks Africa is our latest dream. We opened our first offices in Africa in February 2012. Our location in Braamfontein in Johannesburg speaks strongly to the intent of the office, and of what we want to be a part of in Africa. We are looking for like-minded people who share a passion for technology, and who want to be part of building an open, inclusive, innovative tech community in the heart of Braam.
We have positions open for Applications Developers, QualityAssurance Analysts, User Experience Consultants and Project Managers.
